Samples, Shipping and Returns

We happily provide consultation to help you select the best AISLIN QUINN products for your skin and include two complementary samples of your choice with your AISLIN QUINN order upon request.  Please indicate your sample choices in the comments section at checkout and we will be delighted to include our mini delicacies with your purchase! 

 

AISLIN QUINN products are made to order in small batches to ensure your skincare luxuries arrive at their freshest! 

We do our best to ship your order within 2-5 business days.  Please allow 4-6 additional days for delivery in the continental United States and up to 7-21 days internationally.  Customs delays may occur.

United States Shipping:
We offer complementary standard shipping on all orders over $100 delivered to destinations in the United States.*

The flat rate shipping charge for all purchased under $100 is $6.95

Shipping to Canada:
We offer complementary shipping on all orders over $150 to Canada.
For all purchases under $150 the shipping charge is $18.95. *

International Shipping:
The international shipping charge is $26.00.*

*AISLIN QUINN reserves the right to assess additional shipping charges on large or heavy domestic or international orders.  One of our AQ Advocates will contact the purchaser for approval for any additional shipping fees before the order ships.

International Customs Charges/Delays and Tracking:  AISLIN QUINN cannot be responsible for any customs clearance delays or additional duties, taxes, or fees incurred when shipping internationally.  We cannot guarantee shipping times for international packages.  Please be aware that your package may be significantly delayed due to customs clearance procedures and that AISLIN QUINN has no control over this process.  A tracking number is provided for every shipment, however some countries do not provide tracking to your destination.  The purchaser is responsible for tracking the package once it is delivered to the shipment carrier.  While most of our shipments arrive without issues, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Damaged Packages:  We carefully package all of your AISLIN QUINN luxuries so that they arrive safely.  Please inspect your package for damage when it arrives.  Wear on the outer packaging may occur during transit, but if there is damage to the item(s) in your package we will replace the damaged item.  Please notify our customer care team within 7 days to receive a replacement.  We ask that you retain the item(s) and packaging and include the order number and a description of the condition of your items in your email.  No refunds can be issued for items damaged during shipping.  Please contact the carrier to file a damage claim.

We do provide consultation to help you choose the right AISLIN QUINN products to address your individual skincare needs and desires, and we ask that you use this service prior to purchase if you have questions about any products or unique needs you may have.  However, if you are at all dissatisfied with your AISLIN QUINN purchase, please contact our customer care team with 15 days of delivery.  Our AQ Advocates will cheerfully work to address your needs and help you find a product you love, or will happily facilitate a credit or refund according to the following policies.

*We accept returns on unopened items within 15 days of purchase and will issue a refund to the original payment method or an AISLIN QUINN store credit less $10 shipping and handling.
*We accept returns of opened items within 30 days of purchase and will issue AISLIN QUINN store credit less $10 shipping and handling.
